Education: Training and Work Experience with AT&T Equivalent to a BA Degree
Music Education/Training: Six years of formal study of piano, trumpet/marching band, and jazz
band.
Sandy has been playing the piano for 50 years, and has been instructing individuals for over
20 years of that time. Her goal with students is to teach music theory and composition along with letting them express their inner God-given talent of music.
Sandy is the keyboardist for Harvest International Ministry and Church of Orlando and United
Christian Church of Candler, FL. She is also the keyboardist for her family group, The Cargils.
In 2012, The Cargils recorded their album 'New' at Family Room Studios in Hendersonville, TN, with Grammy Award Winning Producer Robb Tripp. 2001 CCMA Living Legend Award Winner Laverne Tripp was featured on their song 'Can’t Nobody/Power in the Blood'. In 2013 & 2014, they received nominations for the Diamond Awards for new gospel artists and performed for the SGN Scoops Diamond Award event in 2013. They were also featured on the SGN Scoops Digital Magazine in 2013. They have performed for the D.A.R. Veteran’s Day & Memorial Day events in Clermont, FL. And have been featured on super channel TV 55 in Orlando, FL with Claud & Freed Bowers. And, for Labor Day 2013 they performed for the Townley God & Country Labor Day Event in front of 30,000 people. They performed alongside Grammy Award Winning Artists Jason Crabb & Laverne & Edith Tripp. Sandy herself has accompanied Award-Winning Organist Don Warren on many occasions.
